SOFTA - Today and Tomorrow
With its proud and rich history in the Fiji Tourism Industry, SOFTA through its Executive Commitee and specific Sub-Committees will continue to promote the interest of its members at industry and Government levels whether it be through association or collective lobbying.
It will continue to promote to its members its Code of Ethics which strives to:
1. Recognise and respect the dignity of all people and treat them accordingly;
2. Act in accordance with the "spirit" as well as the "letter" of the law;
3. Act in ways that justify our reputation for excellence, safety, fairness and integrity;
4. Compete vigorously and fairly;
5. Support and encourage all our empolyees and business associates to work in accordance with the SOFTA Code of Ethics.
SOFTA will continue to play a leading and pivotal role in the tourism industry as initially set out 40 years ago by our founding members and look forward to challenges and opportunities in the years ahead.
